All public galleries and their images will be freely accessible to all registered members at www.nevermat.com. While they are free, the download of photographs is strictly prohibited, whether for personal use and/or the distribution of images on any other platform that is not an official part of NEVERMAT.

The site has copyright protection and download monitoring systems; any suspicious (or directly infringing) behavior will result in the removal and banning of the user in question, including their IP address and email.

All images are protected under Intellectual Property Law. In the event of unauthorized use or distribution, legal action may be taken against the responsible individual(s).

All information collected through registration forms, contact forms, or other means is and will remain completely private. Nevermat collects information such as email, name, country, among others, solely for the purpose of managing users and their accounts.

Sharing user accounts is strictly prohibited. Each person must access the platform using their own email and password. If duplicate access is detected (simultaneous logins from different IP addresses, cities, or countries), the account in question will be blocked, and a warning will be issued. If the behavior is repeated, the account will be permanently deleted.

The use of temporary emails for registering new accounts is prohibited. Any user who registers using this type of email will have their account deleted within 24 hours.

Nevermat was founded and built on the pillar of absolute respect for the women/models featured in all the site’s galleries. This means that any negative, violent, or disruptive behavior by a user towards any of the women on the site will result in an IP ban, permanent deletion, and blocking of their email.

This includes behavior outside of www.nevermat.com. If evidence of harassment, stalking, violence, or any other harmful behavior is found on Nevermat’s networks, towards the models, or by users against any of the women in the community, the same actions described in the previous paragraph will be taken.

This rule is universal; no exceptions will be made, and no appeals from the user in question will be accepted.
